4.1 PTR patch notes updated for April 7

The patch 4.1 notes have been updated on the PTR, giving us some exciting new changes! Some interesting changes include honor and justice points being exchangeable, as well as targets and focus targets being able to be displayed on the minimap. Hit the jump for the full notes.
