Denver Broncos: DT Justin Bannan Signs with Team

The Denver Broncos began to beef up their defensive line by signing 32-year-old Justin Bannan on Wednesday. Bannan started all 16 games for the Broncos during the 2010 season.

"I feel great. I feel just like I did when I came here the first time," Bannan said. "I definitely feel like I'm on a mission. I'm hungry. I want to win. I want to be on a great team and I want to do my part. So, I'm more than motivated this year to prove to the new guys that are there what I'm all about."

The former University of Colorado star was selected in the 2002 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills in the fifth round. Bannan played for the St. Louis Rams last season, starting 14 games and recording 35 tackles and one sack.

He's played 144 career NFL games for the Buffalo Bills, Baltimore Ravens, St. Louis Rams and Denver Broncos during his 11-year career.
