Chelsea are set to enter a new age with new manager Jose Mourinho having hopes high across London, and he has his sights set on some big-time transfers during the summer window.
While some of the biggest names in world football will dominate the transfer rumors, there are also other players owned by Chelsea who are coming and going on season loans.
Let's take a look at the latest buzz surrounding the Blues' summer window, as of Monday morning.
Edinson Cavani

The chance of Chelsea landing longtime target Edinson Cavani is looking less and less likely.
According to ESPN, the Uruguayan striker is set to move to Paris Saint-Germain in a big-time move. Oddly enough, it was Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini who made the claim to Radio Radio:
I have texted [Napoli president Aurelio] De Laurentiis to congratulate him on doing even better than I did [while dealing with PSG].
He has outdone the €43 million (£37m) that we got for Javier Pastore when we sold him to PSG.
De Laurentiis had to make this deal. He did well to say that he wanted a transfer fee like this.
Cavani is a unique player. He couldn't stay at Napoli because he has to think about his career and PSG are offering him €8m (£6.9m) per year.
While neither Cavani nor the two clubs have made any sort of statement on an official deal, this report is nothing short of bad news for Blues fans who were hoping to see the Napoli striker in the Premier League.
Hulk and Robert Lewandowski

According to Colin Mafham of the Daily Express, Mourinho's three biggest targets of the summer window are Cavani, Hulk and Robert Lewandowski.
However, given the previous report about Cavani to PSG, his list of elite strikers is already narrowed down to just two.
Mourinho could soon be down to just Hulk. Borussia Dortmund's manager Jurgen Klopp proclaimed Lewandowski is set to join Bayern Munich, according to Welt am Sonntag (h/t ESPN). He said, "I think it is a fact that Robert Lewandowski will join Bayern at the end of the coming season."

Meanwhile, Hulk just joined Zenit St. Petersburg last September but has already entertained the idea of moving to a better club, according to Metro's Jamie Sanderson.
Hulk also revealed that Tottenham and Chelsea have made offers for the Brazilian, per Sanderson.
If reports from Sunday are any indication, it seems as if Hulk is the most realistic target for Chelsea with Cavani and Lewandowski both slipping away.
Tiago Ilori

Chelsea have their eye on Tiago Ilori, and the Liverpool target could be stolen from right underneath Brendan Rodgers' nose.
According to Darren Lewis of the Daily Mirror, Liverpool have been in talks for the Sporting Lisbon defender for several weeks. But now, the Reds have their sights elsewhere and Mourinho is set to swoop in:
Liverpool have had two bids rejected for Ilori who is valued by Sporting at around £8.5million.
They could now see their efforts hijacked by Chelsea although the player is understood to want regular first-team football which could work in Liverpool’s favour.
The 20-year-old Portuguese international is pegged as an up-and-comer who would be a long-term project but has the potential to come right in and have an immediate impact on the back line.
Patrick van Aanholt

Haven't heard of Chelsea left-back Patrick van Aanholt? If not, it's probably because he's been on a loan with Vitesse Arnhem and has been away from Chelsea virtually his entire career.
Van Aanholt is set to return to Vitesse for another season, according to Gerrit van Leeuwen of Sky Sports.
The 22-year-old defender will be notching his third season with Vitesse and has only made two appearances for the Blues since joining the club in 2009.
This 5'9" Dutch international has helped to make Vitesse one of the premier clubs in the Netherlands, and it's apparent that they're keen on keeping him around for another campaign.
