NEW YORK-Willis Sands, an off duty paramedic saved a 2-year-old girl after she fell out of a window on the 5th floor by using his skills and training to stabilize her before she was sent to the hospital. NBC New York reports:
"I looked down and I saw the baby shaking," Sands said. "Blood underneath the baby."
